Special Wine Tasting

Monday 5 December 2016, at 18h30, we will taste the basis of the harvest 2016, with the oenologist Cesare Ferrari.

We give the opportunity to only 15 people very passionate with wine to participate for free: the event is by reservation only (Simone Maiolini, simone@majolini.it).

During the tasting we will explain the different characteristics of each base: the vineyard of origin; the PH, the acidity and the alcohol; the possible destinations as Brut, Satèn, Reserve.

At the end of the tasting, the Trattoria Belotti will propose a special price menu for dinner.
