This wine, produced only in the best vintages, was created to celebrate the founder, Valentino Mailolini, who in the 1970s started his adventure in the world of wine, followed by his children and grandchildren. Completely different to any other wine that we make, this Franciacorta reaches the heights of excellence. It is a superb wine.
VINIFICATION
The grapes, which are at the perfect stage of ripeness, are gently pressed very soon after picking and arefermented in steel vessels at a controlled temperature of around 18°C.
BOTTLING
In spring, the cuvée is ready and the wine is bottled, to become sparkling..
The base wine used is single-vintage but comes from different vineyards.
AGEING
The wine is then left to age with its own yeasts for 9/10 years.
